Dr. Hudson founded MDintranets to help bring efficiencies to the management of medical groups. He has been active in medical informatics for over a decade, first as an early contributor to the field of emergency medical ultrasound, then as co-founder of nuMedica, Inc, a cutting edge EDIS and template company. He also serves as CFO and partner of EPPH, an emergency medical group based in Denver. His broad experience managing financial and IT applications for medical groups has provided MDintranets with a critical perspective on the feature set and user interface required for a successful product
Sales
Mr. Hill has been a Physician Assistant for over 10 yrs. and has practiced the last seven in emergency medicine. Previously, he worked in family medicine and trauma. He has served as an Instructor of Orthopedic Medicine and Co-Instructor of Emergency Medicine at UCHSC Physician Assistant Program, where he still lectures regularly. Currently, Mr. Hill is the lead PA for a private emergency medicine group in the Denver area. He is also acting CME Chairperson for the Colorado Academy of Physician Assistants. Mr. Hill is very familiar with MDintranets and has been using it for the past 5 years.
Online Communications
For nearly two decades, Mr. Zierk has worked as an independent designer and illustrator, specializing in multimedia design and production services that resolve communication needs. His customized solutions for web site design and development incorporate functionality with "look" and "feel" to achieve a professional design while permitting user-friendly access to information, products, and services. Mr. Zierk’s experience has been extensive in the medical field. He has deigned web sites, presentations and performed numerous graphic services for many large medical groups and medical related industries. He has had his illustrations published in medical journals, text books, and major publications, such as US Weekend Magazine – the largest weekly publication in the United States. He has developed projects for a wide variety of clients with diverse requirements. These include the City/County of Denver, Newspaper Association of America, Nation Renewable Energy Laboratories (NREL), Xerox Corporation, Corporate Council of Africa, US Department of Energy, US Department of Defense, America Online, and Mobil Oil Corporation.
Medical Advisory Board
David is a board certified ophthalmologist with fellowship training in vitreoretinal surgery. David currently consults for biotechnology, medical device, pharmaceutical, and investment firms nationally, and practices retinal surgery part-time. He holds a faculty appointment at the University of Rochester as Assistant Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at the Rochester Eye Institute.
David is the former Chief of Ophthalmology at Denver Health Medical Center in Denver, Colorado where he also served as Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at the Rocky Mountain Lions Eye Institute. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University and an MD from the University of Colorado. David graduated as a Dean’s Scholar from the Simon School of Business in June 2004 with concentrations in health sciences management, entrepreneurship, and finance.
Dr. Kuffner is well known toxicologist, and emergency physician. He has lectured extensively both in the US and abroad in the field of toxicology. He is also co-founder of Focused Medical Information - an online educational service that provides CME for healthcare related certifications, and weapons of mass destruction training.
Dr. Billingham has a long career of bringing efficiencies to the practice of medicine. As Chief Medical Officer of EMSource, a large emergency medical management group in Califonia and Arizona, he managed risk management, education, and credentialling processes for over 400 physicians. His tenure with Patient Care Technology Systems and nuMedica have given him a unique understanding of the application of technology to the practice of medicine. He has also created and managed several leading CME courses for risk management and board certification over the past ten years. Graham currently heads the Patient Safety Foundation for EPIC, a physician owned malpractice insurance provider.
